Jonathan Steers

      Jonathan Steers has broad Hotel and Resort experience ranging from openings, re-flagging and building brands.  Jonathan has managed properties from Southern California to the Caribbean; most recently serving as the General Manager of Nikki Beach Resort, Turks and Caicos.  He has orchestrated six different hotel openings with brands including the Westin, W Hotels, Nikki Beach and Starwood Luxury Collection.
     Throughout his career Jonathan has utilized his dynamic management style to produce successful three to five star properties with diverse flags.  Jonathan’s success is built on attracting, retaining, and developing the industries finest to ensure a strong organization and communication between all facets.  
     Jonathan has thrived in hospitality utilizing his strong development skills with a concentration in workplace atmosphere and culture.  He has continued to be highly sought after, consulting for Starwood, Hilton and multiple independent properties.

Gene Sugita

     Gene Sugita has over twenty years experience in providing investment advisory services, business consulting services and asset management.  He has served clients in a variety of industries including hotel management, restaurants, real estate development, property management, technology and professional services.
     After graduating from the University of California Los Angeles he obtained a Certificate in General Management from Cornell University.  Taking advantage of his education and experience he has helped to transform underperforming companies into leaders in their corresponding markets.
     Over his career, Gene has served as the President of Hampton Inn O’Hare Airport, General Manager of The Pacific Inn (former Radisson Inn of Seal Beach) and Director of Operations of ASI Management, Inc.  He has in depth experience with renovations, branding, opening, conversions and general hotel operations.
